Chassis/VIN Plate
The Avensis VIN plate can be located on the nearside/left base or just under the door catch of the door pillar in a white or a black VIN sticker format. 
Stamped Chassis Number
Stamped into the centre of the bulkhead. On later models it is stamped into the floor in front of the right hand front seat 
Engine Number
On the front nearside of the block, half way down on an angled lug adjacent to the exhaust manifold cover or on the opposite side in a similar location but it will vary with model and year |
