Chassis/VIN Plate         
The C3 VIN is found on the drivers or passenger door pillar on a self-destroying label if attempts are made to remove the VIN sticker.

Visible VIN     
On the near side The C3 VIN number is indicated on a self-adhesive label which is visible through the windscreen

Stamped Number        
The front offside of the bulkhead, the stamped chassis number  has Citroen security marke before and after the number. Remove the plastic cover to view the vin number stamped onto the lip. 

On older models the vin number is below the bulkhead lip 

Engine Number
On the left hand side of the cylinder block. It will be stamped into the casting or on a metal plate riveted to the block
