​VIN Number Location - Alfa Romeo

Alfa Romeo chassis numbers and VIN plates can be found in various locations.
​
On older models the stamped VIN number is generally located under the bonnet either on the suspension strut or stamped in the bulk head.

All Alfa Romeos after 2005 had the chassis number etched into the original windscreen.

On a Alfa 159, Brear, Mito and Giulietta the chassis vin number is located stamped into the chassis frame in the front foot well.
      
On the Alfa MiTo and Giulietta it can be found the left hand side of the boot found by pulling up the carpet.

On a Alfa 156, 147 and GT the chassis plate is on the front slam panel under the bonnet.
