166 VIN plate is located in the boot area on the nearside floor panel to the left of the spare tyre. The plate is a silver embossed plate held by two black plastic rivets. The number displays five pointed star security marks. 
Visible VIN
On the nearside base of the front and rear windscreens. The number is in two rows in a dot matrix format. 
Stamped Number
The 166 VIN chassis number is stamped into the offside drivers foot well chassis, underneath a plastic cover. The number displays star security marks throughout.
