Chassis/VIN Plate
Primary location is on the offside of the bulkhead. A secondary location is in the boot on the nearside next to the spare tyre, this is in a sticker format. Visible VIN Inside vehicle on nearside part of dashboard. Printed in white lettering on a plastic plate rounded at the ends. Stamped Number On the centre of the bulkhead displaying eight point asterisk star security marks either end. Engine Number On petrol versions the number is on the front of the block near the cylinder head. On diesel versions the number is by the injection pump. Vin Number Example
