Chassis/VIN Plate
On the offside of the slam panel behind the headlamp housing with no security marks. The number is on a metal riveted plate with four holes only two used. On earlier models the plate is on the offside wing facing out when bonnet up, on a metal riveted plate held by four rivets. 
Visible VIN
Viewed through the nearside base of the front windscreen, embossed on a silver metal plate. Earlier models had no visible VIN. 
Stamped Chassis Number
On the offside of the bulkhead. Earlier models were stamped in the offside of the boot compartment on the frame by the boot catch. 
Engine Number
Found on the nearside front centre of the block below the exhaust manifold. |
