Chassis/VIN Plate
Impian VIN is found on the centre of the bulkhead on a silver metal plate held by two silver rivets. The number does not display any security marks. 
Visible VIN
Viewed through the nearside base of the front windscreen just above the obscuration line. The number is in bold white lettering on a black sticker that has the word 'Proton' written throughout. 
Stamped Chassis Number
Stamped into the offside centre of the bulkhead with 'kite' security marks at both ends. 
Engine Number
Stamped into the front nearside of the block on a horizontal lug below the exhaust manifold. |
