The 208 VIN number may be located on a tamper proof sticker on the passenger/left or occasionally rear door B post Visible VIN There should be a VIN number visible when viewed through the left hand side of the windscreen Stamped Chassis Number The 208 VIN number may be stamped into the top of the bulkhead/firewall in the engine compartment On the chassis cross member under the front seats usually covered by a flap in the carpet. On some Peugeot cars the number is stamped in the boot compartment Engine Number Refer to manufacturer or owners manual often on the front left of the block in a dot matrix format |
