Chassis/VIN Plate
SLk VIN plate is located on a plastic label positioned on the offside or right hand side 'B' post. Visible VIN Viewed through the nearside base of the front windscreen in bold white lettering. Stamped Chassis Number On early models the VIN may be stamped in the centre of the bulkhead with Mercedes logo security marks. On later models it is located behind the drivers or passenger seat under a flap of carpet half way down the center frame.
