Chassis/VIN Plate
A Class VIN plate is located on the offside drivers 'B' post in a black sticker format. Number is in bold white lettering with no security marks. 
Visible VIN
Viewed through the nearside base of the front windscreen. Number is in bold white lettering.  A class Chassis
Stamped Chassis Number
The stamped A class VIN number is stamped into the centre of the bulkhead. The number displays Mercedes logo security marks at both ends. 
Engine Number
Stamped into the bottom centre of the block in a dot matrix format. Number is viewed by looking underneath the car. |
