The XK8 VIN Plate is located on the nearside ‘B’ post in a sticker format. Visible VIN Viewed through the nearside base of the front windscreen. White lettering with Airbag and Jaguar Ltd markings. Stamped Number The chassis number is in the boot compartment on the offside adjacent to the battery. Six point asterisk security markings. Engine Number On the top of the engine block above the timing belt.
