Chassis/VIN Plate On early models the the Honda Legend VIN plate is on the centre of the slam panel on a metal riveted plate held by two silver rivets. Later models have the VIN plate on the side of the nearside suspension housing Then on the passenger door post in a sticker format Visible VIN None. Stamped Number The VIN number is on the centre of the bulkhead displaying cross/square security markings. Engine Number Either on the front of offside or the front nearside on a 45o lug.
