Found on the offside bulkhead on a silver metal plate held by two silver rivets. On earlier models the plate may be riveted with plastic rivets on the nearside of the bulkhead. No security marks are displayed on either variation.  Maverick VIN

None on earlier models. On later models it is viewed through the nearside base of the front windscreen. The number is embossed into a plate with the 'Airbag' logo above.  Maverick Chassis No
Stamped Chassis Number
Number is stamped on the centre of the bulk head with six point asterisk security marks at each end. 
Engine Number
May be found on the nearside top of the block.
